I engineer real-time, low-latency Voice AI infrastructure — the kind that has to hold a natural conversation over a noisy phone line, in twenty languages, and answer in under a second.

I co-founded Dialgen.ai, where we build AI voice agents that handle inbound and outbound calls at scale, and Soft Served Web, an AI transformation company that helps businesses rebuild how they operate with AI, automation and modern software.

Before all that I studied AI & ML, designed interfaces, and shipped a lot of small things fast. That instinct is still how I work: obsess over the experience, automate the rest.
